Grafton 8, Bunker Hill 0 (MEBL -- Low Minors)

Grafton walloped us 8-0 to complete the sweep. SP Sean Wilder (6.2 IP, 0 ER, 10 K) was too strong for us today. On offense, Ed Allen shined for the Drifters going 3-for-4 including a HR in the 8th that put the game away. Overall, it was a terrible series for us. We only scored 2 runs total in the last three games and we're now 0-5 against Grafton on the year.

AS I GET ON OUR CHARTER PLAN, I CAN’T HELP BUT HAVE A SMILE ON MY FACE. WE HAVE JUST SWEEP THE CHICAGO CUBS AT HOME AND WE ARE 4-2 ON THE SEASON. THE SUNDAY NIGHT FLIGHT WILL TAKE US DOWN TO FLORIDA FOR THE 1ST OF 4 GAMES TOMORROW NIGHT.
