The HBL is a fictional league, but with historical context, with all teams played and managed by the computer. I started it in 1900 with 1900 settings, and am having it roll settings forward. Right now there are sixteen teams, four divisions of four. The division winners play each other, and then the winners play. The plan is to add two expansion teams every ten years.

Hello to all-
I have edited this opening post so that it can be your guide as we go along this long but fun process. Here I will post the teams that advance and the current series that is being played. I plan on using OOTPX to create a tournament that will eventually leave the top teams to play out a complete season...

I wont rush it at all....I will actually build as mych drama as I can, with mock interviews of players and in depth analysis...to say the least this will be a long process but something I have wanted to do for years.
