Vairiant tournament question

I know this info is somewhere so I apologize.

I am starting to dip into variants and building a tournament roster.

If in the tournament description if it doesn't list a variant cap does that mean you can have unlimited variants or you can't have any?

I have a tired player who keeps playing even though I have a sub in the depth chart if tired. I also set the % tiredness to 94%. He's down to 75% and was still played. What might I be doing wrong?

Pitching Strategy Settings vs. Performance

My Reliever just posted a 180.00 ERA in 0.1 innings, giving up 6 runs on 37 pitches.

My sliders all set to extreme pull for all pitchers and extreme L/R matchup.

So ... does PT pitching have a 0.1 inning min requirement (get at least 1 out) built into the algorithm?

15-4 Home 3-14 Road?

So I'm playing PT in High Diamond, and I'm 15-4 at home but only 3-14 on the road. Any suggestions on improving my away record? Best in the league in runs scored, worse in ERA and defensive efficiency.

Hi, everyone. I'm back for a second day of jury duty, so I put together a fun PD pop-up while I was waiting around. Both of these pop-ups are the same, except for the stadium. They both will fire today.

The first round is set for the same cards for everyone. These cards have a theme of justice and law, and you pick all six of six. The remainder of the draft is three rounds each of gold, silver, bronze and iron.

That whoever is the lucky guy who has a variant Kevin Brown for sale in the Variant Marketplace tells us all the goodies he gets with the 850+ K PP's. I have a recommendation for him - buy the cards, skip the missions.

Early Gold tourney, played in 1920 in a ballpark that is very slightly more hitter friendly than Heinsohn. First game in the 3rd round goes 11 innings with Hoss Radbourn throwing a complete game for both teams. Final score 2-1, visiting Hoss throws 143 pitches for the win, home team Hoss throws 178 pitches and gets the L. I'm sure both will be ready to go on the 4th day from now.

Where do I find information on Perfect Team, i.e., like a guide or manual? I am wondering what's changed from prior years, is chemistry is part of PT, how do variants work, etc? Is there an overview or manual or help section?

All-Star game voting on closers

I don't really want to complain, since I already had 5 guys voted to the all-star team, but Craig Kimbrel was 1-2 with 31 saves and a 1.41 ERA and was NOT elected to the All-Star game. In real life he would be a slam dunk.
