Roger Moret with the Atlanta Braves in 1976. This image posed all kinds of issues. The resolution is low. The image is horribly over-lit, making the face very pale. The logo is difficult to reproduce in color.The uniform has pinstripes, never good news for a colorizing job particularly when they are colored pinstripes. The back-ground is so bright that there isn't any detail to be had making almost any color added to the picture seem like it has created some kind of alien universe. This is not an image suited to colorization really, even if it is the best head-on image of Moret with Atlanta.

Tnfoto recently unearthed an excellent photo of Don Erickson with the Philadelphia Phillies. Here's my base colorization along with a couple of him superimposed over Connie Mack Stadium.

Clarence Huber with the Phillies in what appears to be a 1926 Philadelphia Phillies uniform. The cap doesn't match the image in Dressed to the Nines View Player Uniforms at the HOF - Baseball-Reference, but a Google search for the 1926 Phillies returns a dark blue cap with red 'P'. This doesn't quite gibe either as the black and white image seems to indicate the 'P' is white. But... the 1926 road uniform is the only Phillies uniform in "Gilly's" playing range (I included a few outliers in my research) with a dark cap. I have included one with white logo, and one with red.
