Silvam, I've found a free program called photosketcher. It lets you turn a photo into art. Like line art and stuff. Free no strings attached. You can donate if you like. Anyway, it might be of some use to you. I have an example I've done. The 1st one is the photo and the 2nd one is after made into art. Attachment 454972Attachment 454973

You're getting married soon, right? Whoo-hoo-hoo! Get ready my friend! Get all your ballparks in now! My best advice! ;) |
Thanks. In baseball terms, I'm 0-1 in marriages and I'm on deck for another at bat. Got 2 boys 5 and 7 so I know what that's like

memorial stadium uploaded!
I am including the sketchup model in my zip file now. If you are not interested in it, just delete it after unzipping |
Yo Silvam! Love these stadiums. Just wanted to let you know that when I try to import Dodger Stadium my game crashes every time. Any ideas? Probably something I'm doing wrong. All your other stadiums work perfect.

Dodger stadium is an old one of mine. The modern stadiums are probably better off sticking with the ones that shipped with the game. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hey, Silvam
I just noticed a problem with Cleveland Municipal Stadium and the Kingdome: The stands have too many fans in them. If I remember correctly, these ballparks had a lot of empty seats. You should probably fix that at some point. :D In all seriousness, I'm having some moderate success converting a 3D warehouse stadium to OOTP. I may have something to contribute soon. |
Man your cranking them out! At some point i'm going to have to get myself a spreadsheet to keep track of which eras are covered!
On a side note, this reminds of playing APBA when it was difficult to get every stadium. We'd do fantasy leagues in a mix of old and current stadiums, as long as we had a stadium that matched the city. |
The shadows look better on the older stadiums than the newer ones. League Park awesome. Looks like a big daddy Baker Bowl. Same style.

The black is the faces aren't textured on both sides. The grid is easy. Zoom in to home plate hold down the 1 key and click on the point of home plate. Then zoom on first. Googled the 2 key and click on the corner furthers from home and on the line. Do the same for third with the three key. You should see colored dots on the spots you clicked. Then simply press the 4 key and it should line up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
When texturing the faces. I find that OOTP doesn't like just the plain colors from sketch up. I need to use a texture like a metal or a brick or something, then I color that to what I need by using the copy color icon in the edit materials tab. That should work
