Tommy Hughes 1941
4 Attachment(s)
Tommy Hughes with the Philadelphia Phillies in 1942. The '42 Phillies sported a real aberration in uniform for the team, dropping their red/white/blue color scheme for black and white, even the team logo on the jersey. I have recolored the cap in the last images to blue to try to resemble the '41 cap (and make it look more Phillielike)

His given name was Noble Wayne LaMaster, sounds like royalty. Here's LaMaster with the Philadelphia Phillies.

Ed Freed 1942

Ed Freed only had one big league season, with the 1942 Philadelphia Phillies. This is the second guy I have colorized with that bizarre black and white Phillies color scheme. Even though he did not play with the Phillies in 1941, I have colored the hat blue in the second image so that it looks more like a Phillie cap.

Allan Lewis 1967

The "Panamanian Express" Allan Lewis with the Oakland A's. Thanks go to OKCochise and his friend Mark for a KC A's image as a good starting point. I have altered to the '69, '70, and '72 uniforms

A few more of Allan Lewis with the Oakland A's, colorized to (hopefully) resemble the '72 Oakland uni (the yellow one anyway)

George Hennessey 1937

George Hennessey aka "Three Star" played parts of three seasons between 1937 and 1945. Here he is depicted with the 1942 Philadelphia Phillies, once again the year of the all-black Phillie uniform. Once again I have included one image with a blue cap.

Jim Lonborg colorized with the Milwaukee Brewers. I had already started work on this request when I found a real color photo of Mr Lonborg with the Brew Crew so I went ahead and finished it. The other image can be found here:http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...ml#post3371512
