To a lesser extent, the Jays also got Edwin Encarnacion in an 'accomodation' trade for Scott Rolen who didn't want to stay in Toronto. Maybe the Blue Jays should stick to the waiver wire instead of big $$$$ plays.

In OOTP '13 I was building my expansion Expos. My scouts had 26 year old minor league phenom Miguel Velasquez rated at four stars going in to the new year. Velasquez had a poor work ethic and was a dummy. So...instead of giving him a shot I decided my scout was whacked and traded Velasquez to the Red Sox for stud prospect SP Robert Stephenson.

The results: Velasquez became Manny Ramirez with multiple MVPs and over 400 HR's
Stephenson was decimated from arm injuries and I got about 20 wins over 5 seasons from him before he became my ace.......in AAA that is.

Gotta love it
