Not to be a downer, but this makes it sound like Perfect Team has delayed every single aspect of OOTP20 development and will continue to impede progress between now and release.

yeah, i didnt want to bring it up, but a lot of major talk about perfect team so far and very little about the offline game. i really hope the offline game makes some big jumps this year. i'll wait and see until we get an official announcement though

Going to buy, does anyone have version 01?

Just would like to try, free of course

Maybe include a free early version of the game with an order? Maybe give it to a non player so they can get hooked? Just an idea

Nope. Perfect Team has the effect that we do not have to do a pre-order in January anymore (where we typically need the funds to pay our bills and salaries), which from a marketing perspective is in fact a bad idea and always was.

The PT development team is a different one than the core game. The only part that jumps back and forth between PT and OOTP is me, and frankly I do much less development work than I used to anyway, because the CEO duties have become much more time-consuming as the company has grown.

There, now you know the facts. :)

And hoping one will be the possible addition of the speedy Herb Washington now enters the league with his SB skills in 1975. Up to now he isn't even imported auto and since his running skills are as of a snail he not used by the AI, I know he is unique, but was fun to see back then.

PT isn't my cup of tea, but the fact that it has been a boon to the company is awesome! A rising tide raises all boats..
