Patch 103 does not seem to fix the issue. Our league is still reporting a number of the same issues. I have seen players refuse to negotiate with me, and then if I close the game normally and re-open the game, they will then ask for a contract.

I'm sort of an eternal optimist with this game, I don't miss the forest while looking at the trees and I can put so many issues in perspective, all things in context this is pretty damn bad. If history repeats itself, I'm likely going to miss out on another starting player free agent to a team competing within the same division.

Previously I had posted the same issue happening with a player. I downloaded the patch and it seemed to fix the issue. Now we're a few weeks further down free agency, in spring training, and it's back again.

Has the commissioner in your league also updated to the latest patch? The fix is required for them, if only the regular users update it does not correct enough.

On 25.11 Build 103 (c) and have an online league and have non stop people complaining about this also. And we have free agents replying that offers were close and then sign the same day with other teams giving no chance for teams to counter.

I've been trying to withdraw a contract from this player for about six weeks now and it won't accept it. Every few days the player comes back wanting to renegotiate. Other players in the league withdrew contracts and then a few sims later the player accepts their offer.

The player states my last offer was $3.3M, but the screen before showed my last offer as $3M. Another player in the league had $10M in salary added to a player, and several team options removed AFTER he withdrew the offer and yet somehow the player signed.

I go to adjust the offer and now in real time the dialogue changes to say another team is winning the bidding. The other GM in my league that magically signed a player to one of the largest contracts in our league, despite withdrawing, also said the player had communicated someone else was winning the bidding.
