Cheech, your images that were recently posted are severely out of proportion and stretched. It is not in the best interests of the users of OOTP to have Krantzbucks waste his time and talents colorizing them when suitable upgrades have been submitted.

Tnfoto spelled it out to you last year that this is a forum that is not just for your benefit but for anybody who loves to see old photos come to life with color.
It appears that you can't handle the simple forum rules that govern this forum community and wish to engage in a bitter rivalry with UKbaseballfan. That kind of behavior will not and should not be tolerated.

There is no hatred on my end. It is merely frustration at your continued trolling and flaunting of the rules of this forum that prompts these rebuttals. If you notice, UK's images (aside from the Reds photo) are the exact same images you picked. The only difference is that they are in the correct proportions and not elongated or stretched. So your argument that we are selecting different photos from the ones you want is not valid. The question of whether or not you're hurting anyone is a curious one. If a family member of one of these ballplayers came onto this site and saw these grotesquely proportioned images you seem to love, would they approve? I doubt it.

Control Transference
 

Transference is quite clearly a rampant feature of National public life where individuals attack others in respect of their own shortcomings. Apparently this site is not excluded as your recent posts are a blatant attempt to control the content of the site. There is no requirement on any including myself to restrict their postings to the images you select.

I would be grateful if you could provide evidence that the Lisenbee image I recently posted is fake. Perhaps your definition of fake does not match mine. I posted the Lisenbee image in good faith in that it was a precise rendition of the image originally taken by the photographer. My definition of a fake image is an image that has been amended, not just by adding color, to meet the individual requirements of others. Obviously when contributors make a contribution there is an expectation that it complies with certain standards.

Again it is a complete mystery to me that you are posting images that you are expecting to be amended to suit your personal requirements when there are literally thousands of alternate valid images that could be posted that do not require alteration other than the adding of color that would have originally been present but for the technical limitation of the device originally making the reproduction.

Informed observers I expect will have noted that when I criticize your posts I explain the rationale behind the appraisal and give examples as to the basis of the assessment. I note that you have failed to conduct yourself in a similar manner when making a serious allegation that the image I submitted was a fake. Please submit the evidence and if an honest mistake has been made I will be the first to welcome that evidence.

Attached are alternate larger, close-up images for Kerr,1932 and McColl,1933.

Reese Diggs represented the Senators for just one year, 1934. Also attached are the home and away uniforms from the Hall Of Fame database that clearly shows that the Senators utilised plain caps that year. Finally find shown an originally valid version of the Reese Diggs image, as currently exemplified in the facepack, the addition of a counterfeit W clearly absent.
