Stade Canac
This is my first stadium mod for OOTP24. Love the new crowd models and the ability to use multiple seat colors now! It's wonderful and much improved from previous versions. Check this out: https://i.ibb.co/cXgwRkt/Canac-Seats.jpg Stade Canac is located in Quebec City, Canada and current home of the Quebec Capitales (independent Frontier League). It opened in 1939 and went through several renovations to make sure the stadium is still in good condition. I admit I chose to build this stadium because of the roller hockey rink beyond the outfield wall, LOL. Hopefully one day I get to make full NHL arena for FHM :thumbup1: https://i.ibb.co/fdB63bg/Canac-Main.jpg https://i.ibb.co/NKSb2C7/Canac-Roller-Rink.jpg https://i.ibb.co/brmhRQn/Night-Outfield.jpg Download link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/5ml2b...Canac.zip/file Dynamic Scoreboard version (for OOTP26 and beyond) Download link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/6zqkz...c_v26.zip/file https://i.ibb.co/RTMxYM0Y/Canac-livescore.jpg |
Great Work! Always makes my day to see a new stadium posted on this thread!

Another beauty! Love ballparks of this size and they fit my fictional league perfectly. The addition of these models really takes a league to the next level when you play out your games.
You are in the lead Canuck: 10 of 20 ballpark models I use are made by you, love your work. Thanks for making and sharing these!:thumbup1: |
Great work on Estadio Augusto César Sandino. I'm in the beginning stages of developing a Cuban National Series game and would love to include your stadium if that's okay. Of course, I will give credit if I finish the league creation and share in the forums.
I'm still in the planning stages, but you're stadium inspires me to continue. Thanks for sharing. |

Heiwadai Stadium
Yet another historical baseball stadium in Japan. Heiwadai Stadium was located in Fukuoka and served as the home of several professional teams from 1950 to 1997. I had fun learning about its history and there is no shortage of interesting facts. Just a few examples...... 1. Fukuoka is part of Kyushu region and residents there were known to be really aggressive and ferocious towards their "enemies". So angry fans often threw eggs, surrounded team locker rooms or buses in violent protests. Those were common occurrences in Heiwadai Stadiums's heydays  Opposing teams and even umpires better watch their backs when going into Heiwadai. 2. Ni****etsu Lions (Heiwadai's home team) had a fierce rivalry with Osaka's Nankai Hawks in the 50/60s. The Lions eventually relocated to Saitama so Heiwadai Stadium became vacant for a time. Then Daiei Corporation bought the Nankai Hawks and moved the team to Fukuoka. While waiting for their new Fukuoka Dome to be ready, the newly named Daiei Hawks played in their old rivals' home for a few years. That must have been weird. It's like the Yankees calling Fenway their home which will probably never happen. 3. Heiwadai Stadium meant so much to the city and its people. Even after it's no longer being used, there was a strong push to turn the stadium into a community and recreational sporting venue. That proposal would have been approved if not for some ancient relics found beneath the stadium. So Heiwadai was eventually torn down to make way for archeology work. Huh???? What are the chances of that happening...... Anyways, I sometimes get lost in this type of stories. Here is Heiwadai Baseball Stadium recreated in its final form, an open air ballpark with artificial turf. They also added a small digital screen to the side of the original scordboard. This look is likely in the late 80s~early 90s. Estadio 5 de Septiembre
This one is located in Cienfuegos, Cuba. It is the home of the Cienfuegos Elefantes of the Cuban National Series. September 5th happened to be the date of the Cienfuegos uprising in 1957 (during the Cuban revolution). I guess the name of the stadium is to commemorate the event. I love it and hope more stadiums would keep meaningful names like that. Rob Hoffman Vallei
Sometimes it's nice to do a smaller rural ballpark. The whole thing is quick, simple, and relaxing. Here is another stadium in the Netherlands: Rob Hoffman Vallei, home of Bussum HCAW baseball club. The ballpark is surrounded entirely by only fence and the field dimension is quite small (only 375 feet to center, based on google map measurement). It has a nice community ballpark feel, even though HCAW is part of the top level league. One interesting feature that I made sure to include is the tower that can be seen in the distance. It is actually an accounting office building. Why does it have a tower that looks like an airport? I have no idea. Good afternoon Canuck, would it be possible to add a couple ballparks to your que?
There's only 3 ballparks left that I have seen considerable amounts of games at that haven't been made yet. I think you will find the first two especially interesting because of the surrounding landscape. AT&T Field is eventually being replaced because they built it on a hilltop and can't expand. Modern Woodmen has a cool bridge background and right on the banks of the Mississippi River and actually floods almost annually unfortunately Chattanooga AT&T Field Quad Cities (Davenport Iowa) Modern Woodmen Park Rome (Georgia) State Mutual Stadium Thanks in advance for the consideration |

with Chattanooga, you almost need a bottle of water on a hot summer night just to get up the hill from parking your car to get to the stadium Greatly appreciate you adding them to your list |
