Could not sync your card data. Please retry.
Getting this error alot lately, when I log in. If I click on OK about 30 times, it will eventually let me into the game...so not a game-breaker; but annoying. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

This means there is a connection issue, please check your internet and add an exception for OOTP to your firewall / virus scanner & windows defender settings. Rebooting may also help.

I've tried on two different computers, I've brought my laptop to my work, my parents house and my own house - all different internet connections and it's still saying cannot sync cards. I am having all kinds of issues with this game and it's getting very frustrating. My firewall is turned off, the game crashes for me every time I try to open inactive cards and all my good players are on inactives therefore I am not going to fare well when season starts after I already bought in with $.

and I know it's not a connection issue, because I just created a new team and it logged in correctly.

I'm having the same issues with it not being able to sync cards that have gotten worse and worse over time and now I'm completely blocked out can't access my team at all.
I am able to access my PT 19 just fine, as well as my other PT 20 less used account. It sucks because I have over 600k pp and can't use it. :( |
The new patch has a possible fix for this.

It takes a while but I CAN login, but when I click on "manage inactive cards" or "card collection" it takes like a minute to load and then it just keeps reloading over and over.

This remains a serious issue. I have to press "OK", to clear the error message about 150 times, then re-load the press the "Play Perfect Team" button 4 or 5 times (after clearing the error messages), to get the game to load. This is extremely annoying. The patches have not resolved it. Would very much appreciate someone continuing to work this problem.

This still hasn't been resolved and it has gotten to the point that I can no longer log in to my account. Please fix this ASAP...

issue started tonight...could not synch your cards please retry
No issues with connectivity... Also said last standalone game i played was corrupted but i managed to pull in a back up.. Glad Im not alone with this issue... I know it is not a connectivity issue..
I'm contemplating reinstalling.... I also opened a ticket |

Just started getting the same error message as well. And based on my PP total, I may have actually won the Series!!!
Of all the times to bollux...rebooted twice, tried tournaments, no joy. |
