No pinch hitting stats
 

I am not getting any pinch hitting stats saved. I don't know if it's been reported or not.

What is that league's stat detail level set at?

I'm pretty certain is is the highest level. I will double check and if it's not the highest level I will let you know.

Update: Yes it's set on the highest level.

Issue is being looked at.

I'm sorry, no word yet. :( I can tell you that it won't be fixed at LEAST until the next patch. :) So meanwhile, I highly recommend trying another league, and just get more familiar with the game!

I don't mean to be snide, so I hope you don't take it that way, but I'm just curious: why are pinch-hitting stats so important as to put your entire league on hold?

(I'm wondering if I'm missing a management key here that I was not at all aware of...)

Because for the past 3 seasons it's been my best pinch hitters that have won championships for me, so knowing who they are is very helpful. I tend to look at the little things players do. Hence, my personal team MVP last year was a player with an overall avg of.195 who hit .410 as a pinch hitter, and it was him that knocked in the winning runs in my last 2 games of the championship series. Unfortunately he is useless as anything other than a pinch hitter. Without those stats it is hard to figure out just how good or bad someone is a a pinch hitter.

Same reason I'm looking for the PH stats too. In my last 6.5 leauge, I had a few guys that were CLUTCH in the late innings PH situations.

But no season-on-hold for me, since my team sucks...I just send up the guy with the fewest AB's to try and put a dent in that 7 run hole. :headbang:

Well, even tho I had some idea the guy could pinch hit, I didn't realize just how good he was at it till I checked out the stats. He became my clutch pinch hitter. Had it not been for that, he would have been traded or whatever based on the fact he can't do anything else and his overall average was pathetic. It was especially critical in the championship cuz for some odd reason my regulars, particularly my best player, die in the series when it comes to knocking in that late game run. They have done that the past 2 championships. I'm hoping the new game engine will change that. :rolleyes:

I did a forum search and didn't see this, but it seems like it must have been reported by now. Under the roster screen, when I filter for "pinch hits" there is zero data, even though I've pinch hit in numerous, numerous games. Hopefully this can be addressed.

I've bought it up several times. They say they are working on it. I don't think the search thing works very well since you couldn't find anything on it even tho I have bought it up before. I've used search many times with no real results.

I searched for the word "pinch." I figure that word should only have one context around here...

I got some more data by selecting "Very High" level of detail.

I have it set on very high also, but still no PH stats.

Yeah same here...all levels set to "very high."

The filter also seems to only show pitchers' fielding stats for some reason. Zeros for everyone else....

Fix the bloody PH stats before adding new ones to the game
 

I have been continually asking when the PH stats will be fixed so the game will show them, yet I still have not heard a thing about it, and now I see the patch adds a couple new stats to the game. Don't keep adding new stats until you get the old ones to work for pete's sake!!! I am getting really annoyed now. Either fix the PH stats or remove them from the game.
