No minor league manager, cannot sign staff
 

Hello,

All of my staff positions are filled except minor league manager. When I go to the transaction page for the league, I can't find any option that will allow me to sign a person for that position.

Have you been hired as GM of that minor league team? If not, I believe the AI will manage signings for minor league staff.

you can also move someone from your major league staff into that job, but they will fill the position themselves

I am the GM of the parent team, and I have the option set in the Manager Homepage to control all team settings.

Its under the manager drop down menu, not league.

There is an option that says Staff Search and Shortlist. From there you can search for managers and then right-click on the on the name and you will have an option to offer him a contract.
