What year is your league in and what is managers birth date?

The news story isn't the cause of this one

I just bought the game today and had a similar issue. League began in 2006, manager was born in 1982, but was something like 256 years old (???). Not sure how that happened.

The league has been deleted, but the birth date was app. 1950-1955 and I start leagues between 2006 and 2011 generally. It's IN the news. Whether it's a causal agent or not, obviously it's related to news. In fact, that age looks similar to a category number, but who knows?

And again, obviously, I'm prohibited from starting a league in the year 29010 and the years of birth don't precede the continental shift ;), so something's amiss there. For now, I'd make a note and let it go. We'll see if it turns up again.

Happened to me in my first league I created. Said I was 30396 years old or something like that. I ignored it, but its clearly an error of some sort.

That league started in 2006. The age is right in the manager profile, but not in that initial email when I first did it either.

I've started a LOT of leagues, but this was the first time I'd seen that. Good to know I'm not alone though and it wasn't necessarily PC or owner specific. Thanks darkcloud.

Most of the time the news report does not match the stats of the player.For example." Cy Young" victory now has him at 15 wins for the year, against 12 defeats...When his in game stats would be COMPLETELY different!...Happens almost all the time...
