Missing Players

All,

This has been happening at least 3 times a season. I am trying to sim from 1950 to today. I keep getting errors because the rookie league and Single A minor league teams don't have enough players. The teams are usually different. So, what i do is fill league with fictional players. But shouldn't the computer AI fill their rosters?
