Bug: Scouting Reports with almost every click
 

With virtually every move I make lately, be it deleting one of the 10,000 Joes (a bit of hyberbole, but look for the Joe bug in a minute) from the Free Agent list or switching from team to team....the game pauses for 15 seconds while it assigns Scouting Reports.

This is happening with almost every move now. I disabled Scouting Reports in the global set-up but it did not change this bug at all.
