Where do I get help with elicense?
 

i am trying to install elicense, and I cannot do it either the online or offline way.....

please advise asap.............

What specific error is it giving? Need more info to even begin to attempt to help.

I enter my order id, then i get an error message:

unable to get or install a license,

retrieval of license failed with error code =-10

then when i try to do offline license,

i saved the file then bring up web site and follow instructions, says invalid order number....

-10This means the eLicense software is not establishing a two-way conversation with the eLicense servers. Check your proxy settings and try different combinations of proxy configuration to connect.

where do i look at the proxy settings?, and what would i change them to?
