Never-ending season

1. Setup a fictional league, start 1870.
2. Sim forward one day.
3. Change season start date to 1st April 1871 instead of 1870.
4. Sim, draft, etc. (gives monthly/weekly awards to players with zero stats, but a minor issue).
5. Sim 1871 season.
6. Last 'event' is 1871 Winter meetings
7. 1871 Season never ends. Simmed to 1874, no preseasons, no games, no drafts, no events.
