PbP wrong on failed steal of 3rd
Just looked at a game log (and funny enough, it's like the first log I've inspected ever) and saw an error - a player stole 2nd base, but it must not have been satisfying, because he tried to steal it again on the next batter! I think the play-by-play is wrong though, and he gets caught stealing 3rd.
It's P.Parkes below. Ignore the links I just was too lazy to de-linkify it. :) Code:
<table class="lpo" style="margin-bottom: 12px;" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td class="slgb" valign="top" width="160">Batting: RHB P. Parkes</td><td class="slg">0-0: Ball |
Just curious...how does it appear in the log if a runner gets picked off second base?
In real life the runner is charged with a caught stealing, right? |
Charlatan,
Could you please confirm if this is with the patched version of the game? Thanks! Steve |
I haven't heard back from Charlatan on this one, but it wouldn't hurt to have Markus take a look, so I logged it as TT #2019.
Thanks very much, Steve |
This has been claimed fixed in the next patch.
Thanks, Steve |
This fix has been verified in the latest version of the game.
