Saved game doesn't remember this setting
 

When restarting a saved game, the game defaults back to SISA scouting in all windows even though I had selected my head scout in all menus when I saved and quit the game.

Any way to patch this in the future? It should remember your settings and views, shouldn't it? A real pain to have to adjust on every time you resume your play of that season.

Can you please let me know if you are experiencing this issue in the patched version of the game? Right now I am able to create a league, scout players, change my scouting drop-downs, quit the game, restart, and it remembers my scouting drop-down.

If this is still an issue, could you please indicate specifically which page is causing a problem? (For example, it seems to work fine for me on the roster page.)

The problem is in the patched version in any window where you have a choice between SISA and your scouts. A saved game and restart always defaults back to SISA.

Same problem in not saving the selected general manager. It will default back to the previous general manager.

The issue regarding the managers is TT 2027, and is covered over here:

The issue with the scouting drop-down appears to be resolved in my version of the game, so I'm going to mark this "claimed fixed" for now. If you still see this behavior after the upcoming patch, please let us know!
