Opening day conversion to January?
 

I actually am not sure if this is a tech support issue, but when I converted my 6.5 league in the demo, it was 4/1/2017 in the 6.5 file (like it says to convert). When I converted though, it took me to January 1 in the OOTP2006 file. I am wondering if this is why I get 40 nobodys being created and all these random players appearing.

Also, in v6.5, the rookies are created in the offseason, even if you are drafting on June 1. What happens to these players, because when I looked at the draft log for the converted league, it was all different players.

Mike, sorry for the godawfully slow response. The first issue is a known limitation of the import process. It's noted in the Game Guide that you will bounce back those 3 months in time. However, I don't think that's why you're getting the additional players created.

I don't believe the upcoming draft class gets imported from OOTP 6.5.
