Cannot download the patch: security alert

When I try to download the patch I get the following:

High security alert!!!
You are not permitted to download the file "ootp2006_patch_101.exe".

URL = http://www.ootpbaseball2006.com/down..._patch_101.exe

Any Suggestions?

Worked for me.

EDIT

Able to d/l with Internet Explorer and Opera.

Are you behind a firewall?

I have tried lowering the security. This did no good.
It seems more of a Microsoft security issue rather than a fire wall. But, what do I know. I've never tried to do something that the computer refuses to allow.
I was allowed to download the game itself.

We have a new rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
