License Problem
 

Hello,

I had two computers, one laptop and one desktop. I used the license for both of these computers. My desktop broke about two weeks after I used the license on it, and I bought a new desktop. I then transferred all of the information on my old hard drive to my new computer. When I run my new computer, it doesn't think that a license has been installed. It won't let me use my old license because it thinks it has been used twice.

Explain to them what happened. Provide them with your code that you received in an e-mail and they should be able to unlicense one or both of your licenses for you. Then you'll be able to reuse them.
