Can't Change My Mind
 

Minor bug: During a game I need to bring in a new pitcher. I drag a pitcher into the lineup's empty pitching slot. I change my mind - but I can't drag another pitcher over the previous one.

I go back to the game with the wrong pitcher, but before throwing any pitches, I try to substitute for him. Drag & drop is still disabled. Player has to pitch to at least 1 batter before I can substitute for him.

I'm using the latest patch, and my problem doesn't cause a crash.

This isn't a bug, but a design decision. The act of dragging a player into a slot on the substitution screen is the equivilent of having them announced in that slot.

There are really two things you can do:

1. Make sure of your choice before you drop them into the slot.

2. Make a thread in our Suggestions forum to request a change in the mechanics for the 2007 release.
