Incomplete Scout Reports

It doesn't happen often, but it happens. A scout returns a Team Report and lists all of its top players, but under the Top Prospects (after its colon) there is nothing.

No, I don't. But scout a team. Look at your results. As above, the report is normal except that Top Prospects: is followed by no text at all.
