Crash when pitcher gets injured
 

I was in the 9th inning, leading 8-2, when my pitcher sustained an injury. The game froze and then a window popped up saying there was an error, asking me if I wanted to report it to Microsoft. When I restarted the game, my 7 game win streak that I was on was gone and I lost a weeks worth of games and stats. :(
