Contract Dealings
 
I only have 330,000 left for free agent signings but I'm able to offer free agents contracts worth millions. I'm not sure if its a bug or something new with the game this year. Also when I had a Type A player refuse to sign with me, I recieved no compensation from signing team...Thanks

Are you still having this problem? Have you tried to reproduce it? Have you checked your rules to make sure everything has been set up correctly?
