User Date Folder could not be found
 

So it says to reinstall ootp 2007 in which I do. I open the game again and says the same thing.

I'm guessing your my documents folder is on a network share. Go up to the FAQs forum and look for the thread regarding moving your user data folder. That should help you out.

if it involves opening the game it won't let me it will birng up that box and exit out

Follow the steps here. You won't have to open the game to do this.
