Transferring License to New PC
 

I recently purchased a new Laptop and have been trying for over a week to load the license onto the new PC. I didn't have an Internet connection so I went the off-line route through another PC. . EVERY time I tried this, I would get a message that told me that the license request was newer than the license and it wouldn't load. This was not the case. I was also told to go back and get a new license, which I did. I tried at least four times.

. I now have a temporary internet connection and I'm told there's not licenses left. What do I do now?

I did uninstall the license from my other laptop before I tried doing this.
