Why won't my lineups stick?
 

For some reason I can't get my lineups to show up properly pre-game. Doesn't matter how I seem to set them in the lineup/depth chart screen, the game has a mind of its own. Oftentimes there'll be a hole in the pre-game lineup despite the fact that all four lineups/depth charts are filled, and there are no injuries/fatigue issues to cause changes.

Does anybody else have this problem?
