Computer Roster Error Caused by Rule 5 Draft

Installed the new patch (9.2), started a new league, and went to sim 20 years to create some history --- and got the following error on Opening Day of Year 7 - Los Angeles has an illegal number of players on the active roster (26). I never saw this error in prior versions. I looked at Los Angeles' roster and noticed they had a number of Rule 5 players on the roster (I did not see how many exactly - at least 3). I took over control as commissioner and released one of the Rule 5 players. Opening Day Year 8 - Chicago has an illegal number of players on the active roster (26). I took a look at the prior Rule 5 Draft and Chicago drafted 5 players in the Rule 5 Draft (all outfielders). It appears that the AI is hindered somehow by the Rule 5 draft restrictions and does not accomodate the new players --- Also it seems a bit strange that a team would select 5 Rule 5 players - I'm not even sure if that is allowed.

Anyone else seen this yet?

Continued to sim ahead to the next year, but come 5/1, the same error for Chicago. Per the transactions log they recalled a player from AAA, but did not make a corresponding move. This is obviously a bit annoying when trying to sim 20 years ahead, when you have to stop and make roster moves for the AI. Plus I'm still not thrilled with an AI that needs to pick 5 OF's in the Rule 5 draft to begin with.

I'll close out this thread for now, but if anyone has trouble with this issue using version 9.2.2, please post in Tech Support.
