Unpack Reports Error
Hello,
I'm trying to figuring out why I'm having this error when I attempt to unpack my reports for a MySQL dump. From the looks of it, it appears to be an issue with the way OOTP sets up the MySQL file, but there really is NO documentation on how to correct these types of errors. I also opened a Support ticket back in May and never received a response. Please wait... Command: tar xzf '/xxxxxx/your-league/reports/reports.tar.gz' 2>&1: Successfully unpacked the reports.tar.gz file... Opened reports file reports_1.txt...{query} Database Error : 1064 : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-reports WHERE (type="b" AND name="league_100_home")' at line 1 : SELECT id FROM pcjbl-reports WHERE (type="b" AND name="league_100_home") |
Bump.

The names of the files are: dbconfig.php, .htaccess and index.php You create these files in your ONLINE league settings FTP option screen. Jason |

did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm running into the same problem

I don't know if this will help, but you might try using an underscore rather than a hyphen in "pcjbl-reports".

Not sure its the same error, but I cannot ever get all of my reports to unpack.
It usually takes differing amounts of time, but more often than not the only thing that gets updated is the home page of the reports (no team or player pages). Would love help with this. Thanks, Bret |
Just in case anyone else stumbles across this while searching for answers like I did, removing the dash from the MySQL table name, as fhomess suggested, worked for me.
