Enhance the Expansion Draft
 

I suggestion for the future, add the ability to restrict which clubs participate in the expansion draft.

In order to mimic how the old drafts were held, for when the AL expanded form 8 to 10, the new Washington Senators and California Angels should only be able to draft players from other AL clubs, as it stands now it seems every team in both sub-leagues have to be subject to expansion pilfering.



If Markus and Co want to go the whole nine yards and have financial compensation, only x players can be taken from any club, have the option to not have a protection list but an exposed list....hey I wouldn't complain.

I guess there can be some stuff that people would want for fictional set ups. Setting it up on a per team basis on which one is to participate, so you could for example say the teams that finished dead last in the previous campaign are exempt. The only thing I would like to see is sub-leagues myself.
