Ficitional League Help
 

I've created a fictional League. I would like to save the structure so I can restart this if at some point I get board with the way it went. Is this possible? And how?

you should be able to save it as a template...
game settings-global settings-save game as template (in the drop down menu on the right)
...or you could always save it as a quickstart...
file-quickstart games-save current game as quickstart

I agree with saving as a template. What I recommend is to save as a series of templates along the way as you set up the league. That way, if you decide you want to go back and start over, and change things, you can immediately jump back to the template that best suits you.
