Is there an editor like in Football Manager, can't seem to find it.

There is a player editor inside the game, you need to enable commish mode in the manager options to make it visible in the player profile. There is no standalone editor program like for FM.

Future

Will this be possible in the future? I want to make a real european league that can rival the nhl.

At some point we will re-write the editor which our researcher us to bring it up to new standards. When we do it (and there is NO timetable at the moment, so NO release date in any form :)) we will make sure that we can also release a (slightly reduced) version to the public.
