Exports - csv

One should be able to pick whether a csv export is the most recent season or all the data. This would be helpful for simming many seasons at a time and then examining AI trends to help tune the AI.

If the export is only for the most recent season, the filename should have the year appended, so that exports don't overwrite each other.
