How to manage your minors
 

It's probably a question that have been asked quite often (so feel free to refert other post on this forum), but how do you manage your minors effectively.

If I put my assistant GM in charge he's just putting the same rookie in AAA everyday... so I guess part of the answer is managing it yourself. I'm just wondering if there's some tricks I'm not aware off that would make the task easier to do.

If you right-click a player, you can lock them to a specific minor league level.

yeah that's the only way I've found to not move players if I let my assist GM take care of my minors.
