Same problem, computer crashed while game was loaded. Steam, win 10.

I uploaded the league files to google drive.

I believe your problem is with your facegen data. I'm not sure if you simply have too much data, or there is some corruption in your file, but that is what is failing to load for you.

If you simply delete your faces.dat file, you should be able to start up your game again. Faces will have to be re-generated for you, but there is something in that file which is preventing the loading.
