Big data baseball and OOTP
 

Having just read big data baseball ( a must for stat geeks if you haven't read yet) I was wondering if OOTP would accurately reflect the impact on AVG if one used infield shifting aggressively especially with ground ball hitters and if in future mods we will be able to push 2 seam fastballs on pitch selection

I think the game already models infield shifts, but more control over pitch selection would be awesome.
