I apologize if this has been addressed somewhere else (couldn't find anything in the manual either).

I am curious if there is a way to hire non-playing staff in FHM2. If I want to replace a scout or a coach, where do I find free agent staff members in game? Is there such a place?

Under the personal option at the top there's a big button that says "Free Agents" - Just use the drop down box then to sort between Head Coaches/Assistants/Scouts
