OOTP Developments Forums - Some small things I noticed while in AHL PtG

Most of these probably aren't AHL specific but here goes.

1. Sometimes the Parent Team's AI will send a player down and then right back up immediately. Not too terrible but kinda annoying to get two worthless messages.

2. The arrow to lower the salary offer value when trying to sign a new contract never seemed to work for me. It would only let me use it to increase the salary.

3. I simmed through over half a season and it didn't seem like my teams tactics familiarity changed from red even though I never changed up my main tactic.

4. It would be nice to be able to save my tactics somewhere so I can reload them when injured players come back.

5. Found it odd that 19 year old kids from asia who have never played a game in their lives are asking for $49.5k to play in the AHL and refuse to budge from that price by more than $2k but 24 year olds from Canada or the US will gladly take $39k. It's also weird that older players who are not playing at all this season won't budge from asking $150k for a 1 year contract even if it's the middle of the season.

6. Would be nice to hire personnel off their "normal" positions like hire a scout in as a coach if they have great coaching attributes.

7. It would be nice to be able to get more information on a player while setting up tactics. Stuff like potential or their individual ratings.

8. Some messages that name specific players, teams, or league don't provide a link to the respective entity.

9. I re-signed a player to my team which lowered my budget for that year, but then my budget mysteriously went back up to its original value. This might have been due to going past January though.

10. Asking the AI to set up your roster seemed to clear out my training choices.

11. It would be nice to know which roles counter other roles so that when making lineup changes I'm not just going through each option to see which one has the color change.
