Overtimes aren't sudden death ?
 

So was looking at the results from Olympic games and this is some of what I saw.

Penalty 7 minutes after the wining goal.

3 goals in overtime.

And judging by the sorting of the penalties there may have been 2 overtimes?

Is that from the playoff round? It switches from 5 minute sudden death in the round robin to 10 minutes (but still sudden death) in the playoff round and then 20 minutes in the final, so the first thing I'd suspect is that something's going wrong when the rules get adjusted.
