GM ratings
 

I'd like to get some interpretations of the GM ratings and what they all mean. Some are rather self explanatory, and others seem obscure.

Player Loyalty-Does this mean the GM seeks players whom are loyal, or does this influence how loyal players are to the GM.

Drafting-How does this rating influence drafting?

Development-Does this mean the GM is going to allocate more of your cash to the development side of operations, or does it simply mean that this GM is somehow better at developing players.

There seems to be some categories that would fall under a GM's job scope that are absent. Free agent signings are a rather large portion of what a GM is tasked to do. What about waiving players? What about extending player contracts. None of these are clearly defined as to what you can expect a GM(or assistant GM) under your employ to do.
