Scoring Bug: Runners Left on Base

When the third out is a pickoff and other runners are on base, OOTP does not charge the batter and team with runners left on base.

Rule 9.02(g) covers this situation. It doesn't make any exceptions for how the third out is recorded.

(The box score also ignored both runners left on base.)
