Winter League personnel not changing/retiring
 

Just checked the GM/manager of my Winter League team and they are 99 and 89 years old respectively. I thought it must be because I had never intervened, but all the other teams are in the same situation where the personnel they had at the start of the league 35 years ago are still in place.
