Help from Assistant GM
 

I miss a feature where my staff gives me feedback why team is performing bad or if I need a certain kind of player. Like assistant gm give meassage saying "we need a d-man that can move the puck" or "your team needs a defensive center".

An assistant GM would also be incredibly helpful during the draft. They could review all the scouting reports submitted throughout the season and give list of target players that could be available when the team has a draft pick.
