How can I FIND a player by name.
Seems weird i cant search for ROCKY COLOVITO and find out what team, if any, he is on.

Sorry i am using 17 and I do not see a place to type in a players name or part of the name.

I can only expand the whole list of all players including minors and retired because and the sort on name and then scoll to the player.(since i have no idea if he is in majors/minors/retired)

Wasn't sure but there is a search box in 17.

Clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the top right opens the*Search Box. By entering text into the Search Box and pressing the Enter key, you are able to quickly find any player, team personnel member, or team in your baseball universe (human managers cannot be found through the search engine). The search engine is not case-sensitive, and it does not support Boolean commands such as AND, OR, or NOT.

The search bar is the in the same place in OOT19 and 17. It's just on the right in 17 and on the left in 18. It can be a little hard to find at first. It tends to blend in to well with the upper boarder
