Better Stability + tournaments

Every time the game crashes mid season, the save i was playing gets corrupt. this is very frustrating when making custom leagues. Is there any way to fix this in the future? Also is it possible to get custom tournaments in future games like in baseball?

Regarding stability: did you contact support and upload your save so we can take a look?

Regarding tournaments like in OOTP: in the future yes but not in FHM 5.
