No visuals on pack opening

Name: Karzender

When opening packs, I get the proper audio (whoosh, pack ripping sounds, etc.) but a completely black screen. After that's done I see the prompt -- Click mouse or hit Enter to continue. Hit Esc to exit -- and that works fine, and my cards are in my inventory, but it'd be nice to be able to see them when I open a pack.

My first thought would be you might need updated video card drivers.

If that doesn't do it, let us know what OS are you on? What video card? Thanks!

Win 7, GTX 670.

Haven't updated drivers for a while, I'll give that a shot.

Yes, updating your drivers will do the trick.

Nope. Updated drivers (and restarted computer, just to be sure) and it still isn't working. Let me know what else I can do to help.

I'm having the same issue. Win10, intel HD graphics. Using newest drivers available.

Hey guys,
can you please enable writing to trace file in the oopt trouble shouting options, then reproduce unpacking while having a black screen and then post the ootp_trace.txt here? That might give use a clue what is going on.

I'm having the same problem with completely updated drivers. I have a 960M graphics card in my laptop. I was not having the problem yesterday.

I will say, not having visuals does make it more suspenseful. I opened a pack yesterday and heard the fireworks when I "revealed" a card. Get back to my collection and find out it's a 99 Kershaw :)

My problem went away when I started playing in fullscreen instead of windowed mode.

I think it was just set to "Maximized" so I'm not sure.

Don't know if it helps any, but I can "see" cards when I mouse over them after opening my pack.

Sorry, but we're out of ideas. Probably your graphic card does not support the OpenGL version we require.
